Travel update: Hey all, in case you didn’t know I’ve been in Quito, Ecuador for the past week studying abroad and exploring! We’ll be here for another week, then it’s off to the Galapagos Islands living on a boat till I fly back to AZ on June 1st. So far it’s been really great! I wake up early, drink amazing coffee, explore the city and take pictures, try to speak Spanish, and eat amazing foods. The other day we went to the equator and stood on the actual line between two hemispheres, then went up to the mountains and the edge of a volcano. I even ate guinea pig, which was… interesting.
Next weekend we’ll be hiking up in the mountains to a glacier at 15,000 ft. I’m stoked.
Hope you all are having a great summer so far. Now go out and have an adventure!
